Shipping & Returns Information

Continental United States Orders:

• Most internet orders placed before 4:00 P.M. EST Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.

• Please note, orders placed after 4:00 P.M. EST Monday thru Thursday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday.

• Most orders will ship 1-2 days after receipt of order. We will notify you within 1 business day of order if your order will have a longer shipping time then 1-2 days.

• Order acknowledgement, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.

• Large, oversized, and multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping. You will have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.

• Orders are shipped via UPS. A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Credit card payment is charged at time order is placed. If you are an established customer and have been approved for net 30 terms, your payment will be due 30 days from ship date.

International Orders

• Order subject to all CEECO terms and conditions. Wire transfer or credit card payment required prior to shipment.

• All brokerage fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

• International customer may choose one of three options for their shipment:

  • UPS International (UPS equivalent of ground/standard shipping to international location.)
  • Customer Pickup (customer will arrange freight and pick up product from CEECO location).
  • Shop my freight quote. After order is placed, CEECO will search several shipping companies to find the best rate offered for your international location. Once you have accepted the shipping cost and method, you will be invoiced for the shipping cost and it must be paid before the order is released. Payment will be accepted in form of credit card or wire transfer.

Expected Delivery Dates

All dates are estimates and may vary. Standard Ground:

Overnight and Second day delivery:
Overnight and Second day delivery requests are a priority and we will do our best to ship your order the same day it is received provided order is received during normal operation hours; however, delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times. If we are unable to ship your overnight or second day order the same day it is received, we will notify you of anticipated ship date. Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it. It is recommended that you use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
